Ambulance

A vehicle specially equipped for taking sick or injured people to and from the hospital, especially in emergencies.
Example: We called an ambulance.

Cervical collar
Noun
Use to support your spinal cord and head. These collars are a common treatment option for neck injuries, neck surgeries, and some instances of neck pain.

A test that measures the electrical activity of the heartbeat.

Oxygen mask
Noun
A mask placed over the nose and mouth and connected to a supply of oxygen, used when the body is not able to gain enough oxygen by breathing air, for example at high altitudes, or because of a medical condition.

Paramedic
Noun
A person trained to give emergency medical care to people who are injured or ill, typically in a setting outside of a hospital.

Portable radio
Noun
A radio that can both transmit and receive radio waves (a transceiver), unlike a broadcast receiver which only receives content.

A medical instrument for listening to the action of someone's heart or breathing, typically having a small disk-shaped resonator that is placed against the chest, and two tubes connected to earpieces.
